In the past two weeks, we have covered Step #1 and Step #2 in class. In order to stay on schedule, students should complete all steps of the procedures for their experiments, including keeping a very thorough logbook of all experimentation, by the time they come to GT next week. Next week we will cover Step #3.
There is no need to fret if someone is a bit behind schedule, is still awaiting materials, or will be out of town for a few days. We have two more work weeks after next week for everyone to get caught up before the Scientist Fair.
I would like to thank parents who have volunteered to help supervise our student scientists and those who have offered their skills as judges! Without parent involvement, this would be nearly impossible to execute. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
